Reinventy

TECHNOLOGIES · COGNITIVE + ADJACENT VERTICALS

The stack we build. The disciplines we hold.

Reinventy operates two technology layers — a cognitive stack engineered for sovereign edge autonomy, and a set of adjacent industrial verticals (advanced materials, electric propulsion) that platforms increasingly require. We protect by deposited patents where the claims warrant it, and by integration discipline always.

COGNITIVE STACK

Three layers. One integrated cognitive cluster.

A patent-protected control architecture (Shield Brain), implemented as a full-stack multimodal cognitive cluster (Tin Man v3.0) on NVIDIA Blackwell embedded — accelerated by a native FP8 zero-copy inference engine (Odino) with streaming token delivery. Each layer is documented; access is by partnership.

01 · COGNITIVE CLUSTER

Tin Man v3.0

Full-stack multimodal cluster — vision, audio & language in native NVFP4 on NVIDIA Blackwell

v3.0 (June 2026): migrated to NVIDIA JetPack 7.2 with every engine rebuilt on-device — ~+36% sustained LLM throughput. Sees, hears, speaks, and reasons on a single Jetson AGX Thor, fully on-device.

02 · COGNITIVE ARCHITECTURE

Shield Brain

Deterministic AI control framework

A distributed deterministic control architecture for generative AI in safety-critical autonomous systems. Three primary cores — Prefrontal (reasoning), Guardian (validation), Realtime (action) — enforce a formal validation path from intent generation to physical actuation. Designed for air-gapped operation.

03 · NATIVE INFERENCE ENGINE

Odino

FP8 zero-copy engine on Jetson Thor — with streaming token delivery

Purpose-built inference engine delivering FP8 native execution on Jetson AGX Thor, with zero-copy memory mapping and sub-2-second startup. Server-side streaming token delivery enables responsive, low-latency voice interaction in the Tin Man cluster.

FOUNDATIONAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS

Materials, propulsion, and edge deployment — built around proprietary foundations.

The cognitive stack does not stand alone. Reinventy operates a portfolio of foundational technology platforms — advanced materials, electric motor + control, and edge deployment — each engineered for integration into the company's composite platforms. Capability briefs are released under partnership.

04 · ADVANCED MATERIALS

XHT

Multifunctional UHT ceramic matrix composite

Foundational material platform: multifunctional ultra-high-temperature ceramic matrix composite engineered for envelopes where conventional alloys and commercial composites are not viable. Three variants address structural, sensing-enabled, and signature-management configurations.

05 · ADVANCED MATERIALS

NanoShelter

Multilayer multidomain protection system

Stratified architecture (L0–L6 stack) integrating electromagnetic, thermal, and sensing protection functions within a single material envelope rather than coordinating discrete bolt-on protection systems. Multiple configurations address distinct operational environment classes.

06 · ADVANCED MATERIALS

Revenant

Advanced surface material — signature management

Structural skin architecture engineered to manage the electromagnetic-signature characteristics of the assembled envelope. Functionality realised within the material system rather than applied as a coating. Multiple configurations address distinct operational envelopes.

07 · ELECTRIC PROPULSION

AeroMag

Electric motor platform (AFPM + PPMT)

Proprietary electric motor platform built on Reinventy-produced soft magnetic composite materials. Dual-architecture family — Axial Flux Permanent Magnet (AFPM) and Parallel Path Magnetic Technology (PPMT) — addresses distinct propulsion classes. Native control via Mag-FOC.

INTEGRATION MODEL

Five lines. One integration discipline.

Each line above is engineered to integrate with the others. Tin Man hosts the Shield Brain control architecture, Odino accelerates Tin Man's reasoning core, AeroMag motors are controlled by Mag-FOC drivers that interface directly with the Shield Brain Brainstem Core, and XHT materials support the structural envelopes that house all of the above. We design for cross-line compatibility — and protect by deposited patents where the architecture makes the case.
