PHANTOM-CORE · PL01 · COMPOSITE PLATFORM · COGNITIVE AUTONOMY
Cognitive autonomy for stealth-class systems.
A composite platform built around Reinventy's Shield Brain edge cognition, field-oriented permanent-magnet propulsion control, and ultra-high-temperature thermal protection. Engineered for L3 to L4 autonomous platform classes operating in contested electromagnetic and observation environments. Partnership-gated; capability brief released under non-disclosure agreement.
THE THESIS
The mission requires the integration. The integration requires the silicon.
Autonomous platforms operating at L3 and L4 — sustained autonomy across mission-relevant durations, in physically and electromagnetically demanding environments — cannot be assembled from commercial off-the-shelf components. The cognitive layer must be deterministic enough to satisfy safety-critical real-time loops while flexible enough to handle generative reasoning under variable input. The propulsion control must hold its envelope under thermal and electromagnetic load. The structural envelope must operate where commercial composites and conventional alloys fail.
PHANTOM-CORE is engineered as that integration. The cognitive core is Shield Brain (a deterministic AI control architecture, patent application filed Canada 2025 pending). The propulsion control is built around our Mag-FOC family of field-oriented controllers. The structural protection draws on our XHT family of ultra-high-temperature ceramic matrix composites (patent application filed Canada 2025 pending). Each component is owned at the silicon-up level by Reinventy. The composition is the platform.
FOUNDATIONAL STACK
Three layers. One operating envelope.
PHANTOM-CORE composes three foundational technologies, each engineered by Reinventy at the component layer and integrated by Reinventy at the platform layer:
- COGNITIVE
Shield Brain · Deterministic AI control architecture
Hardware-isolated cognitive cores (Prefrontal · Guardian · Realtime). Air-gapped operation. Patent application filed Canada 2025 pending.
- PROPULSION
Mag-FOC · Deterministic motor control platform
Field-oriented controllers piloting the AeroMag electric motor platform (AFPM + PPMT architectures). Native pairing across the propulsion classes supported by the platform; deterministic execution envelope between cognitive command and the propulsion stack.
- STRUCTURAL
XHT · Ultra-high-temperature ceramic matrix composite
Multifunctional UHT ceramic composite engineered for envelopes where conventional alloys are not viable. Patent application filed Canada 2025 pending.
OPERATIONAL ENVELOPE
Designed for autonomy. Hardened for the environment.
PHANTOM-CORE is configured for an operational envelope characterized by four qualitative dimensions. Specifications, performance metrics, and mission-class qualification are released under partnership.
- AUTONOMY
Sustained autonomous operation across mission-relevant durations. Generative reasoning gated by deterministic validation. No cloud dependency. Hardware-enforced separation between cognitive layers and safety-critical actuation.
- PROPULSION
Field-oriented motor control with deterministic envelope under thermal and electromagnetic stress. Designed for compatibility with Reinventy's electric propulsion platform.
- STRUCTURAL
Ultra-high-temperature operating envelope. Variant selection from the XHT family per integration configuration; specifics under partnership.
- INTEGRATION
Single-supplier composition across the cognitive, propulsion, and structural layers. Reinventy is the integrator-of-record. Partner integration happens at the platform interface, not at the component substrate.
Specifications above this tier of detail are L1-NDA and above. Engage directly to access the partnership pathway.
INTEGRATION MODEL
Composite supply. Partnership integration.
PHANTOM-CORE is composed end-to-end by Reinventy. Partner integrators receive a configured platform under partnership, with the integration responsibility scoped at the platform interface — not at the underlying component substrate. The cognitive architecture, propulsion control, and structural envelope are co-designed for operational coherence; we do not unbundle components for separate licensing pathways at the V1 stage.
