COMPLIANCE · REGULATORY POSTURE
A posture, not a registration. Evaluated case-by-case.
Reinventy maintains a structured engagement discipline. Each counterparty conversation is evaluated against the regulatory frameworks applicable to the specific transaction — by jurisdiction, by end-use, by counterparty profile, and by deal structure. The page below describes the posture at the L0 PUBLIC tier; mappings between specific technologies and specific frameworks are released only under partnership.
DUAL-USE POSTURE
Characterized, not subjected.
Reinventy designs and integrates technologies that may, in certain configurations or applications, present dual-use characteristics. Each engagement is evaluated case-by-case against the regulatory frameworks applicable to the specific counterparty, jurisdiction, end-use, and transaction structure. Where qualification or licensing is required by law for a given transaction, Reinventy complies with the controls in force at that time and place.
ENGAGEMENT DISCIPLINE
Structured access. Tiered disclosure.
Counterparty conversations progress through a structured discipline. The discipline is internal to Reinventy and does not impose categorical pre-qualification on the counterparty — instead, each conversation is approached according to the regulatory frameworks applicable to that specific transaction.
- INQUIRY
Initial contact at the L0 PUBLIC tier. No counterparty information exchanged beyond the inquiry itself.
- REVIEW
Internal evaluation of the counterparty, the jurisdiction, the intended end-use, and the transaction structure. Where law requires qualification or licensing for the proposed transaction, the conversation moves through the applicable framework with qualified counsel involved.
- PARTNERSHIP
Where the conversation matures into substantive technical or commercial exchange, disclosure tiers progress (L1 NDA, then L2 KYC, then L3 if applicable). Specifications, integration maps, and capability briefs are released under partnership.
REFUSAL POSTURE
Discretion retained.
Reinventy retains the discretion to decline engagement, in whole or in part, when the counterparty cannot be qualified under the regulatory framework applicable to the proposed transaction, when the counterparty's jurisdiction is subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions, or when the intended use of Reinventy's technology cannot be brought into compliance with the controls in force. Refusal is a posture statement, not a categorical bar; specific transaction circumstances are evaluated as they arise.
