V3.5 closes the operational gap between a digital candidate and a physical prototype. Alchemi compiles a source-grounded production package, blocks incomplete instructions, separates every human gate and returns physical evidence to the same traceable decision system.

Production is now a first-class programme.

V3.5 adds Physical Factory to the release-level command system. Internal teams govern the queue, work-order gates, manual release, assignment, evidence review and U11–U19 capability plane; factory-only users receive a dedicated execution portal without access to the wider workbench.
