Core R&D workflows run inside the Reinventy Edge boundary. Optional external intelligence or public databases can be used only through a governed disclosure receipt that declares the exact payload, purpose, provider, expiry and fields withheld before dispatch.
Sovereign by default
Private formulas, structures, sequences, invention details, industrial data and governance state remain inside the local boundary.
Exact disclosure
A connected request is minimized, one-shot and inspectable before authorization; validated output returns to the local artifact vault.
Human authority
No candidate, model adapter, production order or scientific claim is promoted or actuated automatically. Evidence and approval gates remain explicit.

Programmes can now move into governed production.
V3.5 closes the operational gap between a digital candidate and a physical prototype. Alchemi compiles a source-grounded production package, blocks incomplete instructions, separates every human gate and returns physical evidence to the same traceable decision system.

BioFoundry is governed as part of the same evidence system.
V3 extends Alchemi from materials intelligence into bounded molecular and biological design workflows. Every step remains local by default, provenance-complete and blocked from automatic promotion.

06 · THE V3.5 COMMAND SYSTEM
Production is now a first-class programme.
V3.5 adds Physical Factory to the release-level command system. Internal teams govern the queue, work-order gates, manual release, assignment, evidence review and U11–U19 capability plane; factory-only users receive a dedicated execution portal without access to the wider workbench.

A candidate is not a discovery. A simulation is not a measurement.
The Evidence Command Center now follows the full lifecycle from generative discovery through model arbitration, released prototype work, physical-lot evidence and human validation. Computed, documented, released, measured and industrialization decisions remain distinct.

ANIMA is where the platform becomes a programme.
Inside Alchemi V3.5, ANIMA is a governed multiscale architecture rather than a marketing claim. ANIMA-SKIN has an executable reduced-order model and campaign builder; approved prototype work can now enter the Physical Factory flow, while inputs remain uncalibrated until attested measurements and blind validation close the evidence gap.
