ONE MACHINE RECORD
Requirements, design revisions, geometry, control, manufacturing and evidence remain bound to the same machine identity.
AEROMAG FORGE · PROJECT DAEDALUS · CURRENT V1 LINE
From matter to traceable torque.
AeroMag Forge turns an electric-machine requirement into a unit-safe design record, a deterministic geometry contract, machine-bound control parameters, a governed manufacturing package and an evidence trail that refuses to confuse calculation with proof.

01 · THE ENGINEERING OS
Most motor programmes fragment requirements, calculations, CAD, controls, manufacturing records and qualification evidence across disconnected tools. AeroMag Forge treats them as one governed object: every quantity has a unit, every derived result inherits the strength of its weakest input, and every release-bearing action remains attributable to a person.
Requirements, design revisions, geometry, control, manufacturing and evidence remain bound to the same machine identity.
Unit-safe engineering kernels and signed contracts make the numerical and geometry paths reviewable and reproducible.
Missing inputs, unavailable solvers and unreleased packages return an explicit block instead of a plausible substitute.
02 · RELEASE LINE
V1.2 is the latest tagged release. The active branch already extends that foundation into geometry execution, control, manufacturing, quality, certification planning and a guarded engineering assistant; those additions are presented as the current development line until a new release tag is issued.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT LINE
Release statements reflect the Forgejo implementation record. No untagged build is presented as a formal release.
03 · ONE CONTINUOUS MACHINE THREAD
Project Daedalus connects the engineering disciplines without allowing one discipline to impersonate another. Analytical estimates remain analytical; solver results remain simulated; physical records enter only through an attributable build and evidence path.
Capture the operating point, constraints, topology and evidence posture without silently normalising source claims.
Derive electrical, mechanical, winding, loss and thermal quantities with explicit units and consistency checks.
Screen open-circuit fields, harmonics, radial-force orders, EMC, bearing discharge and dv/dt exposure.
Transform a signed MotorGeometryContract into a deterministic geometry programme and eleven governed validation phases.
Generate Mag-FOC parameters, fault thresholds and thermal derating bound to the motor, geometry and material revision.
Derive the manufacturing bill, route, traveller, control plan and PFMEA; open a serialized build only from a released package.
Archive signed PDFs, build records, non-conformances, corrective actions and a device history record with content identity.
04 · THE FORGE COCKPIT
The current product surfaces the machine portfolio, sizing engines, geometry, compute fabric, EMC, materials, Mag-FOC, Manufacturing Foundry, certification, archive and DAEDALUS. The visualization below mirrors the implemented information architecture without exposing restricted project data.
05 · CURRENT CAPABILITY
The present branch implements the control and evidence structures needed to move from an engineering model toward a buildable machine while preserving clear boundaries around execution, measurement and certification.
A signed geometry contract is validated, compiled into deterministic RhinoCommon source and dispatched only to a registered capable executor. No executor means no geometry release.
Analytical sizing, open-circuit field views, harmonic and force-order analysis, finite-element cross-checks and DO-160 Section 21 screening remain explicitly separated from measured compliance.
AeroMag Forge consumes signed material passports from Alchemi while exact formulations remain opaque. Unverified or incomplete magnetic properties cannot support release.
Control gains, thermal derating and fault limits are generated from the selected design and bound by checksum to its motor, geometry and material identities.
Engineering and manufacturing bills reconcile before release; travellers demand their records; non-conformances and CAPA remain visible; incomplete DHR closure is refused.
Traceability, safety assessment, DO-160 planning and gate reviews prepare an evidence programme. The platform never grants certification or airworthiness.
FORGEBOOK, geometry briefs, control packs, manufacturing packages and device history records are issued as real PDFs with SHA-256 identity and indexed provenance.
Capabilities are registered and proven, never inferred from a hostname. Local and satellite resources report what they can actually execute before work is dispatched.
06 · DAEDALUS ASSISTANT
DAEDALUS is the guarded engineering assistant inside AeroMag Forge. It receives the record for one selected design revision, answers from that record only and checks every engineering quantity in its own response against the source facts before the answer reaches the engineer.
It cannot retrieve another machine or another customer programme.
A quantity absent from the record is named as unsupported rather than hidden behind a confident sentence.
The model endpoint is constrained to the sovereign loopback boundary; questions and machine values do not leave the host.
It cannot issue production authorization, safety clearance, airworthiness opinion or certification.
07 · THE HONESTY MODEL
Every value moves through a nine-state evidence lattice. Automated work may calculate or simulate, but only an attributable human gate can promote a record into verified, released or certification evidence. The derived value can never be stronger than its weakest input.
08 · REINVENTY CLOSED LOOP
Alchemi remains the material authority. AeroMag Forge receives only the signed properties needed by motor engineering, keeps exact recipes behind the material boundary and returns requirements or build evidence through governed interfaces. Mag-FOC closes the control layer; the Manufacturing Foundry closes the traceability layer.
09 · ENGAGE PROJECT DAEDALUS
AeroMag Forge is being built for programmes where the engineering record must survive the journey from requirement to physical evidence. Engage Reinventy for a capability briefing, integration assessment or governed pilot.
