From matter to traceable torque

Reinventy has introduced AeroMag Forge and Project Daedalus, a sovereign engineering, geometry, manufacturing and evidence operating system for electric-machine programmes.

Most motor programmes fragment requirements, analytical calculations, simulation, CAD, control parameters, manufacturing records and qualification evidence across disconnected tools. AeroMag Forge treats those disciplines as one governed machine record. Every quantity carries a unit, every derived result inherits the strength of its weakest input and every release-bearing action remains attributable to a person.

The released V1.2 line establishes a complete electromagnetic-system foundation with 93 of 93 release tests, ten product interfaces and initial support for axial-flux and Reinventy PPMT machine architectures. It extends the V1.1 sovereign engineering foundation, which closed 69 of 69 release tests and established signed material exchange, append-only audit, per-user access control and the MotorGeometryContract.

The current development line advances the platform toward a continuous design-to-build evidence chain: deterministic NURBS geometry execution, Mag-FOC control integration, Manufacturing Foundry, device history records, certification planning, content-addressed deliverables and the guarded DAEDALUS engineering assistant.

DAEDALUS is deliberately machine-scoped. It receives one selected design record, answers from that record and checks engineering quantities against source facts before its response reaches the engineer. It cannot issue production authorization, safety clearance, airworthiness opinion or certification.

AeroMag Forge creates a strategic connection across the Reinventy portfolio: Alchemi governs material discovery and signed material passports; AeroMag Forge transforms those properties into a machine programme; Mag-FOC closes the deterministic control layer; and the Manufacturing Foundry preserves the path to physical evidence.
