As an AI Interface Specialist, Dubby’s primary function is to guide users through Reinventy’s ecosystem — including services, technologies, and operational processes — while delivering context-aware, precise, and human-like responses.

Built upon advanced natural language processing (GPT-4) and trained on internal technical material, Dubby handles requests ranging from basic FAQs to in-depth product inquiries. He understands procedural logic, responds politely and fluently in English and Italian, and adapts to both customer and internal interactions.

Dubby is part of Reinventy’s larger innovation strategy to integrate AI-driven knowledge access, enhance operational agility, and ensure consistent communication across all digital touchpoints.
