Ultra-Fast • Self-Learning • Cyber-Secure – Mag-FOC™ turns any AeroMag™ Motor into a self-diagnosing, flux-optimised power unit. A dual-bank STM32G4 MCU, SiC half-bridges and Tiny-ML analytics close the Id/Iq loop in 6 µs, slash switching losses and predict Remaining-Useful-Life within ±8 %. One image drives both the LV-300 (48 – 120 V) and HD-800 (600 – 800 V) inverters.

Mag-FOC™ Fleet Dashboard
Real-time telematics, health analytics and fleet-wide firmware control
The Fleet Dashboard is a responsive web application (React 18) that ingests MQTT streams from every Mag-FOC inverter—whether it rides on CAN-FD or EtherCAT—and turns raw data into actionable insight. Operators see live KPI tiles (bus V/A, torque, inverter ° C), Remaining-Useful-Life trends computed on-edge by Tiny-ML, geo-mapped asset status and instant alerts for over-current or thermal excursions. One click pushes dual-image OTA updates or enforces a 2 µs hard-shutdown across the fleet, all secured by OAuth 2 SSO and full audit-logging.

Mag-FOC™ Control Studio
Real-time parameter tuning, hard-shutdown and OTA flashing for every AeroMag™ inverter
Control Studio is the engineer-facing panel that runs locally over USB-C or CAN-FD.
It lets you fine-tune Id/Iq set-points, launch the 2-second Auto-ID routine, push dual-image firmware updates and trigger a 2 µs hardware gate-kill, while live telemetry is streamed to the cloud Fleet Dashboard for analytics.

Integration workflow
- Mount LV-300 or HD-800 to the selected AeroMag motor.
- Launch Control Studio → Auto-ID & Tune (≈ 15 s).
- Flash latest dual-image firmware (

, same for both variants). - Stream telemetry (MQTT over CAN-FD/EtherCAT) to Fleet Dashboard.
