1. Scope of Technologies Covered
This notice applies to all Reinventy Solutions Corp. programmes and assets, including but not limited to:

2. Development Status & Variability
All listed technologies are subject to ongoing research, validation and regulatory review. Performance metrics, CAD files, BOMs, compliance statements, prices and lead‑times are engineering estimates Q2 2025 and may be updated, modified, delayed or cancelled without prior notice.
3. No Offer – No Warranty
Publication of technical data does not constitute:
an offer or invitation to contract;
a definitive specification;
any express, implied or statutory warranty (merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, non‑infringement).
Prototype hardware, sample kits or firmware are supplied strictly “as is / as available”.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reinventy Solutions Corp., its officers, employees and authorised partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages—including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or procurement of substitute goods—arising from the use of, or reliance upon, any Reinventy technology, documentation or web content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Jurisdiction & Severability
Governing law: Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Enforceability intended under (illustrative list):
United States Uniform Commercial Code & Restatement (Second) of Contracts;
EU Product‑Liability Directive 85/374/EEC, Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC;
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015;
Japan Product Liability Act 1994;
P.R.C. Civil Code 2021 and associated regulations.
If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
AeroMag™, Nickel X™, LIMAXA™, Mag‑FOC™, NEMESIS™, SHADE™, and associated logos are trademarks or pending trademarks of Reinventy Solutions Corp. Underlying inventions are protected by issued and pending patents in Canada, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, the P.R.C. and under the PCT system.
No licence—express or implied—is granted by disclosure. Unauthorised reproduction, reverse‑engineering or redistribution of confidential material is prohibited.
7. Export Control & Sanctions
Products, software and technical data may be subject to:
Canadian Export Control List (ECL),
U.S. EAR & ITAR,
EU Dual‑Use Regulation 2021/821,
UK OGEL framework,
Japanese METI Export Trade Control Order,
other national security or sanctions regimes.
Recipients are responsible for obtaining all required licences and for complying with end‑use, end‑user and destination restrictions.
